hack.lu highlights
I spent a great, if exhausting, few days as MC at hack.lu last week. Once again it was a great conference, providing insights about what is going on and what is possible and not always welcome. Some of the talks, such as “Queer Privacy & Building Consensual Systems” by Sarah Jamie Lewis and “Infosec and Failure” by Ange Albertini challenged the attendees to think in broader contexts and act accordingly while “Hospitals and infosec (the consequences of bad security in health care)” by Jelena Milosevic really brought home the reality of the security (or lack thereof) in the medical system. Below are some more of the highlights for me. Hats off to the organisers for another great event!
